IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Establishing a close cooperation with HRBP and business to meet hiring needs and to understand requirements of the position
-Management of the customer in tandem with HRBP, acting as a project manager and business operator in an end to end recruiting process
-Enabling hiring managers to follow the recruitment process & guidelines and to use the ATS
-Following the candidate research approach to fill the needed candidate pipeline with suitable internal & external candidates
-Advising hiring managers throughout the selection process, challenging them on their selection decision
-Filling open positions according to the needs of the companies business
-Acting as ambassador for the recruiting delivery model and ensuring the communication is delivered to internal and external stakeholders
-Ensuring that clients and candidates make a positive recruitment experience within the company and understand what the company is offering as an employer
-Implementing an effective stakeholder management to understand the business needs and to take it into consideration for the service delivery

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Experience in the field of recruiting
-Life Science and pharmaceutical experience desirable
-Business fluent oral and written English and German skills
