RECRUITING COORDINATOR UX WANTED FOR OUR ZURICH BASED CLIENT.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Bachelor's Degree with substantial experience in the technical or IT industry
- A minimum of 2 years working experience in an applied research setting supporting data collection from human subjects
- In-depth experience in working independently on a number of projects simultaniously
- Excellent assessment and analysis skills
- Very good communication and collaboration skills
- LANGUAGES: FLUENT ENGLISH BOTH WRITTEN AND SPOKEN

YOUR TASKS:

- Taking responsibility for recruiting research candidates
- Evaluating qualifications of the candidate
- Screening candidates for availability, interest level and executing online questionnaire responses as well as conducting phone interviews
- Coordinating the logistics of user research, including both participant and facility scheduling and the distribution of incentives
