THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
- Detailed knowledge of recruiting paperwork and duties
- Knowledge of recruiting, phone screening, interviewing and basic admin skills.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Candidate will be recruiting, hiring, performing resume review, phone screening, interview scheduling, candidate disposition, other admin and coordinating tasks as needed.
- Prefers to have someone who is familiar with SAP - Success Factors recruiting module.
- The manager will be reviewing resumes and conducting phone screens.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- High School Diploma is a minimum requirement but would prefer an Associates or higher.
