What You'll Be Doing:
- Consults with hiring leaders and human resource professionals to develop hiring strategies that ensure a positive end-to-end hiring experience.
- Tracks analytical data regarding all facets of the hiring process, to include sourcing effectiveness, offer rate, accept rate, time to fill and other analysis as needed.
- Coordinates and attends recruiting events including job fairs, open houses.
- Ensures end-to-end management of candidate experiences in a manner that enhances the company's employment brand. Follows provisions of the union contract for recruitment associated with union positions.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's Degree
- (5) Five years in Human Resources experience.
- Should process a full understanding of principles, concepts and industry practices relating to recruiting.
- Excellent knowledge and proficient skill level in Microsoft Office products, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel as well as electronic applicant tracking systems.
Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:
- PeopleSoft experience is a plus
