Our client's Talent Acquisition team is seeking a talented technical recruiter to help identify the best technical talent for our Information Technology organization. This position will conduct daily recruiting activities for experienced candidates. This is a great opportunity to join a world class organization at an exciting time of rapid growth.

The Recruiting Consultant is responsible for providing the highest level of recruiting services which include recruiting and sourcing, strategy development and implementation to meet business needs; sourcing, screening and hiring of internal and external candidates; coordination with Human Resources partners around staffing and recruiting. A high degree of creativity, short and long term recruiting vision, business understanding, and personal organization is required.

Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to the following):

- Provide support to the full-life cycle recruitment process and hiring expectations
- Evaluate candidate backgrounds to match core competencies with key hiring requirements and assess fit
- Advance and execute against creative sourcing techniques for a range of positions from individual contributor to manager level positions; techniques include direct sourcing, Internet recruiting, networking, utilization of external research, etc.
- Integrate diversity into the sourcing and recruiting process
- Maintain compliance requirements for applicant tracking system
- Ability to determine a candidate's viability for a position based on their work experiences, behavioral attributes, and overall fit for the organization
- Ability to effectively manage the offer process, including handling offer negotiations, and closing the deal.
- Ability to develop diverse candidate pools through appropriate sourcing strategies and effective deployment
- Effective time management and prioritization skills, resulting in effective and efficient results and outcomes.
- Strong project management experience
- Must demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's values of unquestionable trust, superior performance and total commitment

Education Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or a related discipline preferred

Experience Requirements:

- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience for a search firm, agency or in-house talent acquisition team
- Recruiting experience with demonstrated knowledge of strategic sourcing strategies including direct sourcing, selection techniques and diversity recruiting in addition to excellent strategic thinking, problem solving, influential and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience and success recruiting hard-to-fill, unique positions
- Online database mining for candidate leads and sourcing
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; Taleo preferred
- Deep knowledge of technical sourcing and recruiting methodologies and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter expertise
- Experience recruiting across all areas of Technology including: Infrastructure, Application Development, Testing, Information Security, Operations, etc. preferred
- Exceptional interviewing, communication, negotiation, organization and problem solving skills
- Ability to be flexible, multi task and handle multiple competing priorities with minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal skills
