WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- End to end recruiting process coordination, partnering with hiring organizations and candidates, managing high-touch relationships and recruiting across multiple disciplines;
- Partner with recruiting team to contribute to effective recruiting strategies to find applicants;
- Proactively search external resume databases using extensive web sourcing methods, including Boolean search strings in internal databases, such as a Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) environment
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6 or more years' related work experience
- Experience recruiting Engineers
- Full Lifecycle Recruiter (requisition/applicant management to offer/hire
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ie Taleo, Kenexa etc.)
- Experience building Boolean search strings
Knowledge of OFCCP compliance requirements (preferred)J2WAERO
