THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
- 3 years of pharmaceutical recruiting experience
- Applicant Tracking System experience
- MS Office products - strong capability with Excel and PowerPoint
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Responsible for providing life cycle recruitment processes to fill vacancies and proactively build relationships with internal and external candidates to meet current and future hiring needs
- Manage talent sourcing, recruiting, hiring and on-boarding of new hires
- Monitor and report on candidate pipeline identification
- Utilizing the applicant tracking system; guide process flow from opening of job req in system to on-boarding a candidate
- Educate line managers on HR core staffing processes and resolve issues
- Advise line managers on recruitment sourcing and recruiting strategies and practices to effectively yield hires
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical recruiting experience required
- Applicant Tracking System experience required; Brass Ring experience is a plus
- High volume recruiting experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office products - strong capability with Excel and PowerPoint
BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Clinical/Medical experience a plus
