Purpose and Description:
Develops and implements strategic employment initiatives to align staffing needs with the goals and objectives of the organization.
Partners with Managers/Supervisors to develop recruitment strategies to address workforce planning goals and succession planning.
Essential Functions:
Supports communication and implementation of the National Employment Team goals and objectives.
Provides counsel to management and Recruitment Coordinators on staffing, legal issues, and employment policies, and practices.
Plans and implements open houses and career/job fairs; follows-up with identified candidates.
Stays abreast of changes in the market and inform appropriate departments that may be impacted.
Plans & implements various recruiting initiatives for the purpose of identifying new potential candidate sources.
Develops and fosters networking relationships with internal, external and employment related associations.
Ensures that accurate and appropriate information concerning the vacant position and minimum requirements is available
Is responsible for establishing and meeting recruitment metrics as defined by recruitment manager and department.
Develops sourcing and marketing strategy and utilizes a variety of technologies to source, identify, and screen applicant resumes (Monster.com, Yahoo, E-Express, Talenthook, etc.).
Serves as liaison to outside recruitment services with vendors to ensure availability of applicants when needed. (Career Fairs, Health Industry Open House Events, & other networking events).
Researches and targets specific markets to identify and recruit passive candidates.
Performs all Employment functions according to policies and procedures in a timely manner. (Completing ARDR forms, Multiple Action forms, Applicant pre-screening interviews feedback, new hire offer letters).
Runs and tracks Applicant Tracking reports to stay abreast of staffing needs.
Ensures compliance with federal, state and local laws, with particular emphasis on EEO and AA regulations.
Leads the day to day activities of Recruiting Coordinators, as needed.
Negotiates and recommends base and total compensation and collaborates with hiring manager to finalize the negotiation.

Requirements:
5 years of experience in a combination of Recruiting, Account Management, or Staffing required & preferably in a heath care environment.
2 years of experience working with the Taleo applicant tracking system
Knowledge of EEO/AA, Employee Relations, Benefits, and Compensation
Professional development courses in employment and/or other HR fields.
Bi-Lingual a plus
Experience in other HR functions and/or a medical operation.
Experience in database management.
Experience in system architectures nice to have.
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
