IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Drive and own all hiring activities and processes end to end for specific Business groups and or hire type (interns, college graduates, experienced professionals and internal transfers)
-Develop and execute sourcing plans to meet talent requirements taking into account market availability of skill set required
-Identify and attract active and passive candidates via a range of media channels and create a solid pipeline of candidates that will support ongoing hiring targets
-Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners for all stages of the recruitment cycle and manage the offer development and delivery to the candidates according to our guidelines and processes
-Guide candidates and hiring managers according to the Intel hiring processes and guidelines, working with the tools Smashfly and Workday
-Build candidate shortlist and present to hiring manager
-Adjust sourcing channels and strategy if shortlisted profiles are not adequate and present new talent
-Process all required hire steps according to our processes and ensure flawless execution
-Manage candidate relations, such as rejections, notifications in cooperation with hiring manager and processes
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Experience as Recruiter
-Fluency in German and English
-Ability to plan and execute sourcing plan to generate required candidates/skill sets
-Excellent attention to detail, process management, content expertise
-Strong customer engagement, expectations management, issue resolution, stakeholder management experience
-Excellent teamwork, project management, and partnership behaviours
