As a result of our continued growth in Germany we are currently searching for

Recruiters (m/f)

for our IT & Engineering Contracting business, to be based in Stuttgart, Düsseldorf or Munich.

Your Tasks

* Work together with sales in the analysis of client requisitions
* Search for suitable candidates via all possible channels (database search, Internet, networking, adverts, social media, etc.)
*telephone-based first contact to potential candidates
* "shortlisting” and "pipelining” of suitable candidates for pre-selection in line with client requirements
* Relationship building with IT and Engineering professional contractors in your clusters through continual networking
* Operational client interaction (eg Key Accounts) together with sales
* Setting up Marketing and candidate events and activities

Your Profile

* Third level education or comparable qualification
* Previous experience in candidate search or recruitment industry is a bonus
* Customer-oriented and sales-affinity
* Previous experience in telephone-based candidate management
* Very good people and team skills
* Well organised, self-starter with a "can-do” attitude
* general interest in Technology and IT
* very good English and good spoken German
