IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Fill open positions with suitable candidates according to the needs of the client's business
-Follow the client's candidate research approach to fill the needed candidate pipeline with suitable candidates, focusing on internal and external talents
-Consult hiring managers through the selection process and challenge their selection decisions
-Ensure that candidates experience the client's recruitment strategy positively
-Establish a close cooperation with HR Business Partners and business to understand which profiles are needed
-Implement an effective stakeholder management to deliver outstanding quality in recruitment
-Make sure to follow the client's Global Standard Recruitment Process and consistently use new applicant tracking system
-Enable hiring managers to follow the recruitment process and guidelines using the applicant tracking system
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
-Experience with proactive searching/interview/selection
-Know-how regarding stakeholder management/communications
-Familiar with recruiting process & system
-English and German skills required (business fluent)
-French skills would be a plus
