-Support recruitment, manage candidate pools, build and maintain relationships to various candidates within the pharmaceutical industry
-Use various sourcing techniques for senior or mid-level positions (direct sourcing, internet recruiting, networking, external research, etc.)
-Present pre-screened candidates to hiring manager
-Screen candidate backgrounds in order to match competencies with requirements
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline
-Relevant work experience including recruiting experience (direct sourcing, selection techniques and diversity recruiting etc.)
-Fluency in German and English
-Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and social media
-Preferred knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
