RECRUITER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in EAST HANOVER. NJ.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Manage talent sourcing, recruiting, hiring and on-boarding of new hires
- Sourcing focus will be on building pipelines of families of positions where we typically have a significant number of similar openings
- Monitor and report on candidate pipeline identification
- Utilizing the applicant tracking system - Guide process flow from opening of job req in system to onboarding candidate
- Advise line managers on recruitment sourcing and recruiting strategies and practices to effectively yield hires

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Graduate/Bachelors degree
- Five to seven (5-7) years of pharmaceutical recruiting experience required.
- Experience in BrassRing/Taleo/or similar recruitment tool is required
