Exciting RECRUITER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Vancouver, WA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Ability to initial calls to candidates and sell the company
- Ability to work well with Hiring Managers of different departments
- Ability to work at a fast pace and high volume well keeping calm.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Work within ATS system to create new job requisitions
- Identify qualified candidates and present to management
- Meet with applicants, provide feedback to them and to managers
- Coordinates and monitors progress on interviews, prepares and extends offers to selected candidates

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Two (2) plus years of recruiting experience
- Good computer skills in ATS systems, MS Office, Adobe Pro
- High School Diploma

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- One (1) plus year experience in corporate recruiting
