What You'll Be Doing:
- The ideal recruiter will handle a full desk experience in locating, recruiting, interviewing, closing and completing all of the onboarding activities related to hiring.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Two (2) - three (3) years' progressive recruiting experience, including recruiting all level candidates, into corporate settings
- Ability to source talent directly at all levels utilizing creative recruiting strategies
- Understanding and experience in the use of online recruitment tools including general and industry specific job boards, networking sites, resume databanks
- Solid understanding of applicant tracking systems
- Understanding of HR practices and employment law/regulations
Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with an Agency or as an independent recruiter would be a big plus
- Experience with recruiting in the Engineering field is a big plus
