WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Finding talented Sales and Customer Service Trainer candidates through creative sourcing methods
Building strong relationships with candidates, Hiring Managers, and HR management to ensure hiring requirements are met
Effectively screening and interviewing candidates to assess skill and cultural fit
Consulting with the Hiring Manager on the overall hiring process
Following up with the candidate on their interviewing and onboarding experience
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE: 3-5 years of high volume recruitment
Proactive sourcing strategies
Ability to consistently update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and Hiring Managers in a timely manner
Ability to meet or exceed performance measurement metrics
BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Corporate Recruitment experience
Experience recruiting for sales and customer service skillsets
