WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Responsible for providing life cycle recruitment processes to fill vacancies and proactively build relationships with internal and external candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Manage talent sourcing, recruiting, hiring and on-boarding of new hires
- Monitor and report on candidate pipeline identification
- Utilizing the applicant tracking system - Guide process flow from opening of job req in system to onboarding candidate
- Educate line managers on HR core staffing processes and resolve issues
- Advise line managers on recruitment sourcing and recruiting strategies and practices to effectively yield hires.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Minimum three (3) years of pharmaceutical recruiting experience required.
- Clinical/Medical experience a plus.
- Brass Ring experience a plus as well High volume recruiting experience preferred..
