- Must be able to manage a large, diverse and demanding customer base.
- Strong communications skills and the ability to develop strong customer relationships is necessary.
- Experience with full life cycle recruiting is required along with a strong preference toward experience recruiting healthcare, biotech, engineering and technical positions.
