- Expectation to sit onsite, work with onsite Business HR and hiring managers, debrief with interview teams, post positions on external job boards, create offers utilizing external market knowledge and internal salary equity, ensure data integrity throughout the onboarding process.
- Partner with Hiring Manager, Directors and HR Department to develop a systematic and clear recruitment strategy to fill new positions.
- Establish ongoing relationships with hiring managers in order to understand their business and recruitment needs.
- Positions will vary in scope and level across the company, from Research & Development, to Clinical Operations.
- Responsible for the life cycle of the recruiting process.
- Emphasis will be placed on direct contact to potential candidates, industry networking, utilizing internal referrals, and the use of advertising to attract a diverse pool of top talent. Utilize prior experience in filling demanding Biopharmaceutical positions to target unique applicant populations.
- Using established compensation ranges conduct salary and offer negotiations.



- Looking for someone with true pharma recruiting experience who has filled physician level roles.
- Experience within pharma with a focus on oncology recruitment.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
- Must possess good influencing skills.
