Recruiter - Information Technology Job

An IT RECRUITER is needed for a contract opportunity to join Yoh's Client in O'Fallon, Missouri.

MUST BE CURRENTLY ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE US FOR ANY EMPLOYER.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Build relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to facilitate a strategic, effective, and efficient recruiting process
- Source candidates from Internet searches, employee referrals, databases, and direct outreach
- Effectively screen applicants and develop candidate short list
- Guide candidates through the interview process
- Construct and negotiate offers
- Function as an in-house consultant/advisor on talent acquisition
- Effectively support multiple business areas and manage against tight hiring deadlines for business critical roles
- Work across a global Talent Acquisition team

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE!

- Bachelor of Science or Arts degree, or equivalent strongly preferred
- Full life cycle recruiting experience, ideally a mix of agency and corporate environments
- Demonstrated experience in successfully placing candidates with expertise in: Java, .NET, eCommerce, DBA & S/A, Business Analysts, IT Infrastructure/Network, Mobile/Digital, Client Services
- Experience in direct sourcing, through LinkedIn and other Internet sources
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System(s)
