IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Search, select and hire new employees to meet current and future business needs
-Manage and coordinate the recruitment process incl. budget and timelines, reporting, level of service and candidate experience
-Handle candidate workflow in compliance with e-recruitment systems
-Be knowledgeable in using a variety of sourcing and selection tools and identify preferred recruitment strategies together with the hiring manager
-Build credibility and trust as an internal consultant on recruitment topics, coach line management on best practices in recruitment, selection and assessment and partner up with stakeholders within HR
-Demonstrate compliance with local employment laws/regulations as well as the company’s hiring policy
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-University degree or higher
-Successful track record in recruitment in a global environment, preferably in the life sciences industry or executive search company
-Experience with recruitment processes and tools, proficiency in applying staff recruitment and selection methods
-Passion for setting up relationships and networking in the local and international market
-Excellent communication skills
-Fluent spoken and written language skills in both German and English are mandatory
-Strong self-starter with good team skills and a pronounced service orientation
