WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- End to end recruiting process coordination, partnering with hiring organizations and candidates
- Managing high-touch relationships and recruiting across multiple disciplines
- Partner with recruiting team to contribute to effective recruiting strategies to find applicants
- Proactively search external resume databases using extensive web sourcing methods, including Boolean search strings in internal databases, such as a Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) environment
- Experience using Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools (ie Avature, Sourcepoint, etc.)
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Six (6) or more years' related work experience
- Experience recruiting Engineers
- Full Lifecycle Recruiter (requisition/applicant management to offer/hire)
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ie Taleo, a plus)
- Experience building Boolean search strings
- Knowledge of OFCCP compliance requirements (preferred)
