WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Develop overall recruiting strategies
- Responsible for all aspects of the candidate generation process including: sourcing candidates, conducting phone interviews.
- Work with other recruiters as a consultant to establish strategies for their specific positions.
- May recruit for more senior level positions.
- Interview applicants and refer qualified candidates to appropriate department supervisor for review.
- Work with hiring manager to prepare offers to candidates and negotiates various aspects of offer with candidates.
- Perform follow-up as appropriate including reference checks, new hire paperwork, and orientation or rejection letters.
- Coordinate a structured interview process.
- Gather appropriate data for EEO purposes.
- Data entry and maintenance of applicant tracking system.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Four (4+) years experience with Full Cycle recruiting, sourcing, screening, client management, manager education
- Strong sourcing and candidate generation
- Ability to recruit immediately and attract top talent
- Flexible person who knows how to prioritize reqs and move through the process quickly
