RECRUITER II needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in INDIANAPOLIS, IN.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS OF YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Experience with full cycle recruiting
- Technical knowledge, understanding of medical device technologies and a personal interest in technology
- Experience cold calling, establishing contacts and building relationships with professionals
- Consultative recruiting skills and the ability to guide the manager through the hiring process.
- Highly PC literate in Windows and Internet

WHAT WILL THE YOU WILL BE DOING:

- Develop sourcing strategies that include, but are not limited to, enhancing diverse recruitment efforts and implement a plan to adhere to business objectives
- Develop and cultivate strong relationships with various levels of management, internal and external candidates, and external recruiting sources
- Maintain active networking channels within industry sectors key to the business
- Utilize advanced research techniques to source key talent
- Optimize job postings and screening questions for marketability
- Ensure a positive experience for all candidates under active consideration for assigned requisitions by providing timely, accurate, relevant feedback to internal & external candidates
- Positively position the company to candidates and closing offers by proactively addressing reservations or concerns
- Assist hiring managers with entering requisitions and managing the candidate flow within the system.
- Perform phone screens to identify viable candidates
- Scheduling interviews, escorting candidates to interviews, completing candidate correspondence and completion of hiring process.
- Consult with managers on hiring decision that the company is an equal opportunity employer. WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Five (5) or more years of technical recruitment experience, or a combination of education and experience that demonstrate the needed skills.
- Five (5) or more years of experience in full cycle recruiting
- A background developing active outbound recruitment strategies for acquiring passive candidates, exhibiting creativity with candidate search & resource gathering.
- Technical knowledge, understanding of medical device technologies and a personal interest in technology.
- Experience cold calling, establishing contacts and building relationships with professionals.
- Consultative recruiting skills and the ability to guide the manager through the hiring process.
- Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Must be an expert in negotiating and "storyboarding"
- Strong problem solving abilities and consensus building skills.
- Ability to work independently and in team environment. Strong commitment to collaborative work, mentoring and knowledge sharing.
- Self-starter with a high sense of urgency and professionalism. Must be capable of developing & executing action plans
- Proficient with Taleo (plus)
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
