JOB OVERVIEW:
This individual will be responsible for leading and implementing various Talent Acquisition initiatives including day to day full life cycle recruiting, developing and implementing a broad based sourcing strategy, delivery of a long term talent pipeline, reporting on key metrics, and establishing strong relationships with function HR Leadership Teams and Managers within the business unit.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute successful sourcing strategies aligned with business talent needs.
- Leverage media, sourcing tools and outreach to create sufficient candidate flow.
- Identify and participate in recruitment outreach to strengthen the candidate pipeline and build employment brand.
- Screen, disposition and select candidates in a timely manner based on an established process.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with HR Generalists and Hiring Managers.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Minimum of three (3) years full life cycle recruiting experience.
- Individual must display a passion for the talent acquisition function with a focus on diversity.
- Demonstrated experience in sourcing and networking is required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Understanding of employment law.
- Ability to source, screen, and interview large volumes of candidates for numerous openings.
- Consultative and influencing skills.
