RECRUITER - FULL LIFE CYCLE

DURATION: 5-month contract (W2) (may extend for the right person)

LOCATION: Honolulu, HI 96817 (must be on-site; no relocation allowance)

JOB NUMBER: 56339

CLIENT: One of the country's largest health care and health plan providers

HOURS: M-F: 8am to 5pm, 1hr lunch

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Full life cycle Recruitment

- Sources, attracts and screens new employees for nonexempt and exempt positions
- Building strategy, coordinating offers, etc
- Maintains and seeks valuable sourcing contacts in the industry including college recruiting, technical schools, job fairs, and affirmative action programs
- Conducts reference checks
- May coordinate examinations, travel, and reporting dates
- Will be managing an approximate average of 30 requisitions

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:

- High School diploma
- 3-6 Years full life cycle recruitment experience
- Proven record of managing 30-60 open requisitions (please list on your resume)
- Must have experience meeting with internal/external clients
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills and follow-through

PREFERRED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:

- Full life cycle recruiting in Healthcare
- BA/BS preferred
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Lotus Notes
