One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Recruiter.

Recruiter profile:

- Understand recruiting demand and skills profiles within area of responsibility
- Act as a single point of contact for designated candidates for all recruiting related questions and concerns
- Manage all candidates through the entire recruitment & selection process, from screening to contract offer communication and onboarding
- Responsible for the recruiting pipeline, meeting recruiting targets and providing regular reports
- Coordinate with different stakeholders to move your candidates through the recruiting process
- Participate in sourcing activities
- Help analyze and identify recruitment needs
- Act as a single point of contact for all recruiting related questions & concerns from your stakeholder group
- Create, distribute and discuss reports on a regular basis, identify issues and recommend actions
- Bring added value to the business by using your recruiting expertise in strategic decision
- Responsible for recruiting resource plan for profiles within area of responsibility
- Maintain contact with recruitment agencies
- Define most efficient channels to find candidates
- Gain good understanding of external marketplace/trends/sources
- Act as main point of contact for external partners

SKILLS:

- Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French
- Strong understanding of recruiting processes and procedures
