RECRUITER AND PROGRAM MANAGER WANTED FOR OUR ZURICH BASED CLIENT.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent practical experience within high volume recruitment
- 4+ years of working experience gained in a start-up, corporate or consulting organisation
- Ability to develop and drive recommendations and to implement solutions to promote ongoing improvements to the company's recruitment efforts
- Proficiency in leading others and negotiating diplomatically with stakeholders
- Accurate handling of detailed information in documents and electronic files combined with the skill set to solve problems based on due diligence of information
- Excellent interpersonal and client service skills including ability to clearly communicate in discussions and documents as well as to deliver regular updates and feedback professionally
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Providing support at all stages of the intern recruiting life cycle to assist hiring for technical groups and being an integral part of the interviewing and selection cycle
- Working with a large volume of hiring managers and candidates, managing the candidate process and acting as an advocate for the candidates
- Managing the offer process for candidates across numerous locations and collaborating with sister teams to establish the company as the top choice for students
- Keeping partners involved in work by sharing information and status to project leads, team members and partner organisations
- Ensuring candidates and managers are constantly informed throughout the hiring process
