Recruiter Advisor - West London

We are currently seeking candidates for a Recruitment Advisor vacancy for a global financial software firm.

Reporting to the HR Director, this varied post requires a talented recruiter to centralise the recruitment function and work closely alongside business heads.

This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle from devising job descriptions with managers to sourcing and managing candidates through to offer stage. This will involve advertising roles, conducting interviews and managing agencies.

You will also be tasked with centralising and developing a great recruitment function.

You will be a superb communicator, who can influence effectively at all levels and can build strong relationships both internally and externally. You will in-depth experience recruiting IT software professionals in an in-house or agency environment and will be degree level educated.
