SOURCES, ATTRACTS AND SCREENS NEW EMPLOYEES FOR NONEXEMPT AND EXEMPT POSITIONS. MAINTAINS AND SEEKS VALUABLE SOURCING CONTACTS IN THE INDUSTRY.

CONDUCTS REFERENCE CHECKS.

MAY COORDINATE EXAMINATIONS, TRAVEL, AND REPORTING DATES.

Partnering with hiring managers to fill vacancies, screening and assessing candidates, processing candidate referrals and hires, follow company policies and applicable employment laws. 

REQUIREMENTS:

FULL LIFE CYCLE RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE.

Must have experience meeting with internal/external clients.
Minimum four (4) years of experience in recruitment of salaried and hourly, management, technical, professional and hard-to-fill positions. Call center environment preferred.
Multi-tasking, consultative skills, strong interpersonal communication, problem solving, strong documentation
Ability to be in a fast-paced environment with specific hiring targets and dates
Coping -- maintaining a solution oriented approach
Persuasion -- data supported arguments
Customer engagement -- both candidates and hiring managers, setting and managing expectations
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field preferred,

HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA/GED REQUIRED
