RECRUITER

DURATION: 5-month contract (W2); possible extension or conversion to FTE

LOCATION: Rockville, MD 20852

JOB NUMBER: 59028

CLIENT: One of the country's largest health care and health plan providers

STANDARD WORK HOURS: 8am - 5pm Mon - Fri

TRAVEL: Majority of work will be in Rockville; any mileage will be reimbursed

TOP 5 DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Help the coordinators with postings
- Help the Sourcer as needed
- Could recruit for Entry to Mid-Level requisitions depending on the area of expertise

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:

- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5 years' recruitment experience
- Experience with a large scale applicant tracking system is required; Taleo preferred
- Sourcing/Social Media Sourcing is highly preferred

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR IS someone who has strong recruiting experience who is not above doing admin work like putting up postings to help other recruiters. The ideal candidate will have Sourcing experience, healthcare experience and social media experience. (These are highly preferred, not required.)
