CONTRACT: 12 months (W2)

LOCATION: Walnut Creek, CA 94598

JOB NUMBER: 68508

CLIENT: One of the country's largest health care and health plan providers

DEPARTMENT: Human Resources

TRAVEL:

- 5% of the time
- Motor Vehicle Report will be required as part of the on-boarding process

HOURS:

- 40 hours/wk
- Candidate will need to be on site for first month and then will be eligible to work from home a couple of days a week at manager's discretion

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Sources, attracts and screens new employees for nonexempt and exempt positions
- Maintains and seeks valuable sourcing contacts in the industry including college recruiting, technical schools, job fairs, and affirmative action programs
- Conducts reference checks
- May coordinate examinations, travel, and reporting dates.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- High School diploma or GED
- 5 years' recruiting experience
- Full life cycle recruitment experience
- Must have experience meeting with internal/external clients
- A polished go-getter
- Team Player who is deadline driven and dedicated to excellent customer service
- Someone who is going to roll up their sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience with Marketing, Sales, Service and Administration group
- Experience with applicant tracking systems; Taleo highly preferred
