For our client in Stein, we are seeking a Recruiter
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6-9 months (+ extensions)
Location: Stein
Languages: German & English (fluent)
Job Responsibilities:
- Liasing with hiring managers and HR partners in the recruiting process from start to finish
-Full sourcing and interview process of new candidates
-Conduct follow-ups with managers in a timely fashion
-Maintain current knowledge of business and recruitment trends
-Building and maintaining effective and lasting partnerships with colleagues, hiring managers and candidates
-Manage all data associated with the recruitment process
Your experience:
-3 years minimum experience in recruitment
-Demonstrated recruitment for a wide variety of positions in multiple functional disciplines
-Excellent interpersonal communication, customer-service and the ability to develop relationships, negotiate and influence others, as well as account management and consulting skills required
-Attention to detail and the ability to deal appropriately with confidential information required
-Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, strong organization skills required
-Ability to work efficiently within a team
-Fluency in German and English is required
- Experience in production/engineering would be a bonus
