QUALIFICATIONS:

- Responsible for interview scheduling to support a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists.
- Scheduling process is often complex requiring coordination of interviews in multiple locations with varied set-ups (panels, one-on-one, presentations, etc).
- Responsibilities include coordination of multiple calendars, managing candidate travel plans, providing interview team and candidates necessary documentation and guidelines to ensure an effective and efficient interview process.
- Strong partnerships with Talent Acquisition Specialists will be a key success factor in this position as will the ability to prioritize and adjust to change.
- Will also make requisition folders for the Talent Acquisition team.

SKILLS:

REQUIREMENTS:

- Must have a BS degree or in the process of getting a degree
- Prior internship experience required
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience using Taleo a strong plus.
- Extremely detail oriented - must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to think logically and work independently
- Flexibility to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Must be persistent and aggressive in following up to obtain information from various sources.
