Our client employees around 30,000 people working in approximately 70 countries they are a truly global partner for better health. Dedicated to pharmaceutical innovation and tackling diseases for which there is currently no cure. Our client is expanding continuously into new fields of treatment and therapy.

We are looking for a Recruiter who will be responsible for effectively managing all aspects of recruitment on our clients site.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

- Effectively manage the recruitment processes for the headquarters in Zurich (internal and external recruitment), with all aspects from definition of business needs and job requirements, job profiles, job advertisements internally/externally, interview and assessment processes, selection of candidates, coordinate job offers for candidates up to finalization
- Provide high-quality support to line managers
- Use of established and innovative search channels and systems
- Manage relationships with external partners such as executive search consultants, agencies, and media
- Be sparring partner for line managers, candidates and employees regarding recruitment
- Liaise with HR colleagues in the CCO organization to ensure international exchange
- Strengthen the positive image of our client towards candidates and external parties

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

- High School diploma, ideally an University or Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, HR or related discipline
- 2 - 4 years experience within HR or similar functions, ideally with a healthcare/life science focus, in an international environment
- Proven experience and track record in recruitments with long-term success rates
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of an organization
- Build and maintain trust relationships with business leaders, candidates, employees and HR colleagues
- Work independent, self-responsible and team play, in cooperative manner
- Work in a multi cultural environment
