Recruiter

My client, one of the world's premier integrated oil companies, requires a Recruiter to join their team in Feltham on a 6 month contract basis to conduct full life cycle recruiting across disciplines with a focus on direct sourcing using various channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To be the primary point of contact for hiring managers and HR
- Managing and participating in the selection process including assessing candidate applications, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Act as a trusted advisor to client groups and HR partners on resourcing initiatives, campaigns, and recruiting metrics to influence stakeholders

EXPERIENCE:

- Experience managing a portfolio of requisitions and conducting the full recruitment life cycle across various disciplines within an agency and in-house environment
- Direct sourcing experience using multiple channels including adverts, social media, LinkedIn and job board
- Extensive experience conducting interviews on a daily basis
- Experience managing the selection process including assessing candidate applications, screening, interviewing and offer
