Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting, and administering contracts and helping resolve work related problems. Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment. Plan and conduct new hire orientation. Support HR Manager with gathering necessary documents and paperwork for refereeing disputes and administering disciplinary procedures.


Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required. Two to four years related experience required.

Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage one's time. Knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices. Knowledge of benefit and pay-scale systems. Previous experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

Capability to manage multiple internal customers with ease. Displays strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with various levels of the organization, including strong written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English is a must. Knowledge of at least one additional local language as applicable for span of support preferred. Should have client service orientation to provide the highest level of client service. Ability to lead and coordinate efforts for recruiting team(s) assigned to support requisitions in span of support without a solid line reporting relationship. Ability to analyze and interpret data including recruiting metrics
