DESCRIPTION:
Individual will work as part of the staffing team to lead full cycle recruitment processes, including partnering with hiring managers, developing and executing a targeted sourcing strategy, identifying, assessing, recommending qualified candidates, facilitating the interview process and the offer process. Should have expert knowledge of multiple recruiting sources (ie LinkedIn Recruiter, The Ladders, Indeed, etc.) and possess advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage talented professionals.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Individual must have the ability to generate a high volume/high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines and build and foster relationships with key candidates and talent pools to deliver upon both immediate and strategic long-term talent acquisition. Individual should have at least 5 years full cycle recruitment experience and a strong sourcing background. Strong sense of urgency, ability to work independently, good attention to detail and customer focus. Need Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of directly related work experience.
