The Recruiter will be responsible for all vacancies in an assigned area.

The daily business of a Recruiter will consist of:

Handle entire Recruiting Process for specific business area
Relationship building with Hiring Managers, Business Line Managers and Business Unit Managers and consulting on strategy for Recruitment, selection of suitable sourcing channel and social media channels
Conduct highly collaborate requisition intake discussion with hiring manager
Identify and approach potential candidates by using all available candidates sources (web 2.0, databases, etc.) and building of a candidate database
Regular communication with candidates and potential candidates
Pre-screen and interview candidates, present them to the business as well as select and manage headhunters if needed
Recruitment forecasting
Handling the offer process and ensure a hassle free on-boarding for new employees
Regular status reporting to all involved stakeholders
Continuous Improvement of used Recruitment processes and sourcing strategy to ensure a high quality of candidates

Place within the organisation
As a Senior Recruiter you will work in a worldwide team together with the other Recruiters to ensure the right candidate will be hired at the right time. The Recruitment Team will be spread among numerous countries worldwide and will be led by the Global Recruitment Lead. You will work closely together with the hiring manager to fill all open vacancies taking into account: Speed, Costs and the Quality of the candidates.

Minimum Bachelor degree
5 year experience in recruiting and/or sourcing candidates. Either from a search firm or as an in-house recruiter, preferably in the High Tech industry.
Proficient knowledge of most up-to-date sourcing methodology, social media tools and high level of affinity for the High Tech/Semi-Conductor industry
Proven Excellent Communication skills
Strong Analytical, Organizational and Presentation Skills
Results Driven
Very good English and German language skills - verbally and written - any other foreign language would be a benefit
