Generalist Recruiter- Solid sourcing skills

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum two years experience in recruiting with experience in a corporate or agency environment preferred.
Prior experience with an applicant tracking system and/or candidate management system desired. Strong organizational and project management skills desired.
Strong skills in MS Office Suites - Word, Excel, Outlook, Access.

DUTIES:

This person will manage the overall recruiting process to include the kick-off meeting, sourcing and screening, presentation of candidates, candidate offer and candidate selection.

He/She will work with Hiring Managers to learn and fully understand their business and position requirements and then ensure appropriate recruiting protocols are followed throughout the recruiting process. The Recruiter will present qualified candidate slates with justifications to hiring manager, receive feedback from managers on candidates interviewed and adjust search/sourcing as appropriate and provide updates to Hiring Managers and HR Generalists on the status of openings.

The Recruiter will use effective interview techniques to assess candidate qualifications as they relate to a specific job. He/She will maintain ongoing communication with candidates, clients and HR partners throughout the entire recruiting life cycle. The Recruiter will maintain a high level of communication with internal candidates that may be qualified for open positions and ensure candidates within the pipeline are contacted regularly to establish and maintain ongoing relationships.

The Recruiter is expected to be an ambassador for the company at local and national events. He/She will help identify, coordinate and/or participate in various recruiting events to identify top tier diverse qualified candidates for entry to mid-level positions and will also be responsible for pulling together marketing materials & other event materials for attendance at events. The recruiter will also be asked to participate on project/task teams to enhance process efficiencies (eg HR task teams, client teams, etc.).
