Capita Workplace Services are seeking a Recruiter to work on one of our Prestigious Managed Service contracts.

The role is to fill vacancies in line with agreed timescales, quality and performance ratios, building relationships with all Hiring Managers to ensure that the client experience exceeds expectations. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Using innovative attraction strategies in line with Company brand.

Responsibilities
General
* Act congruently with the Capita culture, acting as a role model and taking an active role in the functioning of the Recruitment Team
* Be a flexible team player, assisting colleagues and providing cover as required
* Participate fully in team and company meetings
* Participate in inducting, training and mentoring of new members of the Recruitment Team
* Adhere to all recruitment-related legislation, advising client contacts and candidates of their own obligations where necessary
* Take an active part in own personal development, attending workshops and courses as necessary and advising line manager of any skills gaps and development needs
* To keep all records on the recruitment software up to date on a Real Time basis
* Work towards achieving 100% of monthly and quarterly KPI's throughout the year
* Full understanding of the end to end recruitment process
* Escalate any resourcing issues to the CRM, ie low calibre of responses or volumes etc

Essential Experience/Skills:

* Experience of working within the recruitment industry
* Strong customer relationship management
* Experience of working to tight deadlines in a fast moving environment
* Ability to communicate and influence at all levels
* Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
* Liaising with 3rd party suppliers such as advertising agencies and 2nd tier agencies
* Good knowledge and understanding of direct sourcing and all appropriate tools

Desired Experience/Skills:

* Experience of the Managed Service area or RPO
* Knowledge of recruiting in Technology, Professional Services (HR/Finance/Legal) and Media
