The CAPITA CIPHER RECRUITMENT TEAM, part of Capita's Workplace Services division, are looking for a talented Recruiter to join their team based in Maidenhead until December 2013.

Since 2008, the CIPHER managed service team work alongside the Government to provide interim resource recruitment. Due to a new recruitment framework transformation taking place, there is now an opportunity within this team for an experienced recruitment expert. Their main duties will include but not be limited to the following:- * Building and maintaining information on the Clients in order to better understand their business and requirements
* Working closely with all managers to ensure feedback is received on CVs and interviews
* Adhering to the Recruitment processes & SLAs from request to offer
* Ensuring all roles are advertised on the appropriate websites
* Screening and short-list CVs for all vacancies
* Improving the 'time to hire' performance quarter on quarter
* Organising interviews, ensuring that all candidates are fully briefed about the role and location prior to meeting with the Client
* Ensuring that the candidate experience in applying for a role for CIPHER exceeds expectations
* Working closely with suppliers, ensuring open communication, maintaining their commitment and co-operation

To be successful in your application, we are primarily looking for individuals who have demonstrable experience working in the recruitment industry.

Our RECRUITERS are process driven and focused on delivering an exemplary customer service experience. Alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills, our RECRUITERS are experts at working to tight deadlines in a fast moving environment, with the ability to liaise with and influence candidates and stakeholders at all levels.

They must be able to work successfully in a team, with a professional attitude and presence, while maintaining autonomy and self-motivation.
