- Sources/Recruits external candidates for critical talent needs in support of the company's retail hiring initiative.
- Identifies professional/technical/diversity organizations to build partnerships for promoting our brand and attracting candidates for employee and or non-payroll worker needs.
- Prepares labor market/skills/talent availability and competitive intelligence data to present to hiring business units in support of their hiring efforts.
- Sources resumes and candidate contact lists for multiple technical and professional positions.
- Verifies candidate qualifications through initial screening and interviews.
- Develops and recommends recruitment strategies to attract recent college graduates to positions.
- Supports candidate attraction and direct sourcing in support of increased hiring activity, special hiring initiatives or developing new areas of our business.
- Participates in social media outreach to promote and engages with recent college graduates and alumni and preferred suppliers.


Must have a college degree or equivalent Human Resource experience. Three to five (3 - 5) years in sourcing/full life cycle recruiting in large corporations required. Must have expertise in job board searches, advanced Boolean searches, online networking (ie LinkedIn), and ATS and advanced sourcing tools. Experience recruiting technical professionals required. Must be able to conduct effective pre-screenings. College recruiting and experience needed; experience with diversity initiatives is a plus. Excel skills needed. Taleo skills desired.
