RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manages high-volume, full life cycle recruiting for assigned clients.
- Based on business needs, sources candidates and develops diverse slates of candidates.
- Interviews candidates to determine knowledge, skills, and abilities compared to job scope and requirements.
- Evaluates candidate fit to company needs and makes recommendation to hiring managers based on these interviews.
- Manages candidate experience including positioning the opportunity and company.
- Administers technical exercises, phone screens, coordinates interview schedules, administers pre-employment assessments, summarizes feedback, makes hiring recommendations, and manages the offer process.
- Manages position vacancies using an applicant tracking system (ATS): posting vacancies, searching the database, reviewing resumes, forwarding resumes and maintaining candidate activity.

SKILLS

Must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business-related field or Human Resources discipline with 5-7 years of experience in high-volume, full life cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment. Prefer industry experience.
