Temporary Recruiter Position at STERIS Corporation

Responsibilities:

1.  Carry an average of 10-15 requisitions (Field Service Representatives, District Service Managers and other sales and service requisitions as needed)

2.  Produce weekly requisition report for Field Service management

3.  Field Service Performance management:

a.  work with manager to write PRP linked PIP actions

b.  monthly PIP follow up (work with service managers to check progress, guide on next steps) 

c.  Update PIP tracker and provide monthly report of progress.

4.  Employee Relations Support for Field Service and other groups as needed

a. Work with managers to prepare justification for terminations

b.  Support other employee relations issues that arise

Requirements:

1.  Strong recruiting experience; skilled in managing a high volume requisition load in an effective manner

2.  Minimum of 5-7 years of Recruiting experience

3.  Self-starter with the ability to work independently

4.  Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

5.  Strong Microsoft Excel experience, intermediate level at a minimum
