Opportunity to support recruitment for the clients Sales Team in Glasgow. Will be responsible for coordinating and conducting interviews and assessment centres and supporting the on- boarding of new employees in to the company.

The recruiter will be responsible for;
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers within the sales department. Ensure they are kept well informed about their active recruitment campaigns.
- Manage operational campaigns for Sales, including sourcing, selection and offer for internal and external candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience at all times.
- Work in conjunction with aligned HR Business Partners to ensure a 'joined- up' approach. Ensure HR counterparts are regularly updated in relation to recruitment and involved in the process where appropriate
- Provide consultation for hiring managers on selection skills and provide informal training and feedback where appropriate
- Where advertising is appropriate, work in conjunction with the on site Recruiter/Lead Recruiter to arrange briefing and approval of recruitment advertising in relation to the designated business areas

The Recruiter will have:
- Experience managing volume recruitment in a fast- paced environment. At least some of this experience must have been in- house
- Exposure to conducting/running assessment centres
- Highly organised and detailed approach to work
