Position Description:
Sources, attracts and screens new employees for nonexempt and exempt positions. Maintains and seeks valuable sourcing contacts in the industry including college recruiting, technical schools, job fairs, and affirmative action programs. Conducts reference checks. May coordinate examinations, travel, and reporting dates. Experience Level: 10+ Years. Skill Set: Full life cycle recruitment experience. Must have experience meeting with internal/external clients.

Hours and days: 40 hrs Mon-Fri
Experience Requirements: over 10 years combined with Search Firm experience and healthcare recruitment experience
Work Environment: Office
Scope of the project: 6 months - variety of positions management, hard to fill, technical, clinical
Top 3 skills needed to succeed in this position: Customer Service, Recruiting, sourcing
Top 5 daily responsibilities: Sourcing candidates, working with hiring managers, selling candidates on client, making offers, managing requisitions in Taleo (applicant tracking system)
