DUE TO THE SUCCESS OF THEIR HIGHLY POPULAR MOBILE DEVICE LINE, OUR CLIENT IS LOOKING AT SIGNIFICANT GROWTH. IN ORDER TO SCALE TO THIS GROWTH, THEIR STAFFING TEAM IS LOOKING FOR A RECRUITER WHO SHARES A PASSION FOR HIRING THE BEST AND THE BRIGHTEST.

Recruiters with this group use their business acumen to provide consultative recommendations and influence to their client teams. In addition, they partner with Recruiting and HR Leaders to understand the client's staffing models and long term objectives/goals. You will partner and collaborate with other Recruiters and Talent Attraction Specialists to bring in the best and the brightest. You will leverage your exceptional negotiation and relationship skills to effectively close candidates.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Communicate with Managers to determine and anticipate staffing needs and changes
- Implement and enforce consistency with recruiting policies and procedures
- Develop sourcing strategies and source high quality non- technical talent
- Provide consulting to hiring managers on hiring practices
- Track metrics for all recruiting activities

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- 3 + years of corporate and/or search firm progressive recruiting experience including full life cycle recruiting
- Must have experience with client facing support in a recruiting role
- Must have experience creating and understanding recruiting metrics
- CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
- Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- 4+ years of experience in a recruiting field
- Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; Passion and acumen for clients' business
- Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships
- Must pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting
- Outstanding communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills
- Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management
- Self-sufficiency and ability to work with little direct supervision

This contract position is expected to be 6 months in duration.
