Job Description:
Works with internal customers and hiring teams to develop recruitment and selection strategies and to design assessment and interview formats. Gathers job requirements from hiring managers and develops knowledge of customer groups to effectively target recruitment efforts in a cost-effective and efficient manner. Uses the Internet, community-based organizations, print media, formal/informal networks, etc. to source a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Screens candidates for vacant positions within his/her specific customer group. Coordinates interviews with hiring manager based on screening interview outcomes. Manages recruitment workflow steps and applicant information in applicant tracking system. Identifies new local and national recruitment sources regularly. May provide recruitment support for the organization's campus recruitment and internship programs. Utilizes systems developed to track open positions, search status, verify credentials, and conduct background and reference checks. Provides regular reports on status of searches.

Must have minimum 2 years Recruiting experience; written and verbal communication skills.
