Recruiter

TECHNICAL STAFFING SOURCER/ RECRUITER contract opportunity in Milwaukee, WI. WORK FROM HOME within 100 miles of Milwaukee. Projected 12 month assignment. If located in Milwaukee, working in main office is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Primarily Sourcing and pipelining candidates for techncial positions
- Conduct employment advertising campaigns and programs. Maintain affirmative action and career development programs
- Conduct research and analyzes data on assigned projects, including agency performance
- Work with external resources including temporary agencies, contract search and internet sourcing tools
- Identify and recruit candidates for employment, Interview and screen applicants, Coordinate reference checks and employment processing

REQUIREMENTS

- High School required, AS PLUS to have Bachelor Degree or Associates degree
- Minimum 3 to 5+ years recruiting experience in the engineering or manufacturing arena
- Experience working with external resources temporary agencies, contract search and internet sourcing tools
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
